Mr. POES – French Artist gift a Street Art Masterpiece for 75th India’s anniversary

Embassy of France in India, French Institute & Alliance Francaise along with Ministry of External Affairs and DMRC inaugurate the Fresco by renowned French Artist Mr Poes at the Mandi House metro. The event also celebrates the 75th years of Indian Independence.
