The earlier one starts a language the better. Basics of French language are taught to children from 6 to 15 years old through various activities and games. Please contact the Alliance Française for details. Special Summer Children and Teenage Courses are organised each year.

Our children’s courses follow fixed programmes specifically designed for each age group and level. The classes are interactive and stimulating, combining oral and written tasks, roleplays, games, to make the learning experience both efficient and enjoyable.
All our classes are taught by fully qualified native French teachers, using genuine and reliable French methods and the latest teaching technologies, including interactive whiteboards.
7-10 years old : PRIM (KIDS CLASS)
The younger, the better! Children have a natural ability for languages. Early learning provides them with an asset, not just for languages but in their intellectual development. The Alliance Française is a world leader in teaching French to adults and we apply the same expertise to our children classes. All our classes are intended for children from the age of 7 onwards and respect the children’s learning according to their age, level and interests. They provide them with the opportunity to learn French in a playful and fun environment, through stories, songs, games and handicrafts. Our programs also prepare children for the A1.1 and A1 Delf Prim diplomas, the official language diplomas awarded by the French Ministry of Education, thus giving them an official and international recognition of their level in French.
11-15 year olds : JUNIORS
3 different levels, from complete beginners (A1) to intermediate level (B1) based on the method “Adosphère” which is a great material to learn French.
