An Exhibition of Drawings by Akhilesh
“I had been showing drawings since last many years. This exhibition is bit different from previous ones. These drawings are done with no intention of doing. It can becalled doodling and when these doodling started taking shapes, tones and forms. It gave me immense pleasure to watch how a line flowing between lines creating new forms and it is all happening without any effort. I had no plans to do this way or any other way. I just enjoyed it. Pen and Ink on Paper. The presence of Ink on paper is not an issue of creating something, it is there and it its pleasure one can feel. It is a feast for eyes. The forms are not recognizable forms which we know by names, these are the forms emerged on their own requirement. I, as a medium remain a silent viewer, trying to grasp the power of unknown.”Akhilesh
